(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 23 - EneMalta has communicated that it has restored the electricity in the Maltese archipelago after the blackout that lasted over four hours. The company announced in a note that "the interruption was caused by the interconnection with the Italian electricity grid", as already happened at the end of November. The thermoelectric power plant of Malta, around whose design and construction was born loscandalo revealed by Dafne Caruana Galizia, was inaugurated two years ago but still clearly is not able to support the island's needs. Yorgen Fenech himself was arrested and accused of being the instigator of the journalist's murder. Fenechproprio returned to court today for a new hearing.
