(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 23 - Oxfam's headquarters in southeast Yemen attacked. The humanitarian organization office in AlDahle'e - reads a statement - was hit last night by two rockets that damaged the roof and the entrance of the structure but did not cause victims. "Oxfam, due to security reasons, was therefore forced to temporarily suspend rescue operations in the Governorate, where it is working to guarantee access to clean water, food and sanitation services to a population exhausted for almost 5 years of conflict". "The consequence - Oxfam writes in the note - will be that this Christmas about 1,359 families will not be able to receive financial aid for the purchase of food and 5,000 others will not be able to take advantage of interventions for the restoration of essential infrastructures".
