(ANSA) - CATANIA, JANUARY 2 - The Catania Public Prosecutor has issued a notice of closure of investigations against ten teachers under investigation in the 'University banned' investigation of alleged competitions rigged at the university. Among them the former rectors Francesco Basile and Giacomo Pignataro accused of being, respectively, "the boss" and "the promoter". All are accused of criminal association, disturbed freedom of choice of the contractor, abuse of office, undue inducement to give or give utility, corruption for acts contrary to their duties and false ideological and material.
