(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 9 - In the period January-November 2019, the tax revenue revenue ascertained on the basis of the criterion of legal jurisdiction amounted to 404.912 billion, with a decrease of 9.847 billion compared to the same period of the previous year (-2.4%) . The negative figure - explains the MEF - appears to be conditioned by the postponement on December 2 of changes relating to the second advance of the self-liquidated taxes (November 30 was Saturday). In November, in fact, revenues fell by 15.279 billion (-25.3%) compared to the same month of the previous year. Also in the first 11 months of last year, VAT revenue increased by 3.250 billion (+ 2.8%). In particular, the result is linked to the withdrawal component on internal trade which recorded an increase of 3.626 billion (+ 3.6%), while the revenue on imports decreased (-376 million euros, -2.9%).
The trend of the first eleven months, - explains the MEF - based on non-homogeneous data, is not indicative of the revenue of the reference period.
