(ANSA) - TURIN, JAN 10 - Andrea Guerra leaves the current management, but maintains the presidency of Eataly. Nicola Farinettiresta chief executive officer. The change in governance has been approved by the board of directors.

The change of governance occurs at the beginning of 2020 in which major openings are planned in America and London. Afebruary Eataly will illustrate the results of 2019 "further year of the company's great global growth".
