(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JAN 10 - The new European Fund for the transition to a green economy will start with a base allocation of 7.5 billion and from 2021 it will allow to finance with public resources "the modernization" of large industrial plants and the "reclamation of contaminated sites "- as it could be for the former Ilva - without violating the EU rules on state aid. This is what emerges from the draft proposals that the European Commission will present next Tuesday.
