(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 15 - It will be a closed-door trial involving 4 people, all African citizens, accused of the death of Desiree Mariottini, the 16 year old of Cisterna diLatina which took place on 19 October 2018 in Rome. This was decided by the judges of the Third Court of Assizes in relation to a request, to which all parties associated, advanced by the Prosecutor in the light of the victim's minor age and by the fact that the crime of sexual violence was also contested in the procedure. In the trial, which takes place in the Rebibbia bunker hall, Alinno Chima, Mamadou Gara, YussefSalia and Brian Minthe are accused. The charges against them range from voluntary homicide, aggravated sexual violence and the transfer of drugs to minors.
