(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 27 - The disciplinary section of the CSM had arranged the transfer of office for the Pg of CatanzaroOtello Lupacchini and assigned it to the Public Prosecutor of Turin as a substitute for Pg. The "court of togas" has accepted the request made by the Minister of Justice Bonafede and the Pg of the Cassation Giovanni Salvi, who have initiated disciplinary action against Lupacchini, accusing him of having "delegitimized" the prosecutor of Catanzaro NicolaGratteri.
