The giant tourist site "Bocking" came out on Saturday evening in an unusual message following the Corona virus that hit China and also found its way to other countries. The booking giant came out today in a dramatic announcement - "China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are now considered to be very dangerous countries for travel, so we urge hotel owners to cancel their reservations at no cost."

According to a booking statement, the company is calling on hotel owners around the world to cancel reservations for people coming from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. The purpose of this message is, of course, to reduce the possibility of the spread of the virus by Chinese, or people visiting China, who may be infected.

They also announced that they are calling on hotel owners in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau to allow anyone who has booked rooms to cancel the booking at no cost. At Booking, they announced that they did not intend to charge their fees for such cancellations, making it very easy for hotel owners.

Boxing's announcement comes after cancellation of flights to China by the world's largest airlines, including Lufthansa, British Airways and American Airlines. So far, some 12,000 people have contracted the virus in about 20 countries, most of them in China. The countries behind China on the list are Japan, Singapore and Thailand with around twenty proven cases of the virus in each.
