At a party in Don Torcuato a young man received a brutal beating from 15 men who left him unconscious. The victim suggested that there was a cruelty for being rugbier, after the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa in a bowling alley of Villa Gesell.

The incident occurred in the Buenos Aires town of Don Torcuato. According to Milo's story, the young man attacked, a discussion arose at a party after a group of men harassed one of his friends.

In a dialogue with C5N, he said: “We were dancing with my friend, and suddenly three boys who were behind her fondled her . I got tired of this happening at parties, they encouraged me to fight and I reacted . "After that reaction, the local security employees threw them out.

"I was walking down the street looking for my friends who had lost sight of them and there was a large group of 15 boys," Milo said. Among that group were the three who had had the discussion at the party.

“They saw me there alone and took advantage; I wanted to defend and run, but they grabbed my backpack and threw me on the floor . I don't remember anything else, "said the young man who was brutally attacked, even with a brick with which he tried to defend himself.

After staying 24 hours in observation , he commented: "The biggest consequences were in the head, they left me two cuts."

Milo said he came to hear that he was shouted "rugbier". "I have a rugby ball tattooed on my neck, capable of that they realized," he reflected.

For the victim, "since Fernando happened there are many groups of boys who see a rugbier and want to hit him," he said in reference to the murder of Báez Sosa, as a result of the brutal attack of the rugbiers who are being held. All are charged with the crime of "homicide aggravated by the premeditated contest of two or more persons" as "necessary participants", except Thomsen and Ciro Pertossi, whom the prosecutor of the Verónica Zamboni case considered them "co-authors".

"It happened to a partner that five men ran him wanting to hit him," said Milo, who along with his family made the complaint in a prosecutor's office and with the police.

Milo was knocked unconscious. Immediately after the brutal attack, he was helped by a car that passed through the place and denounced what happened. "I woke up in an ambulance and then in the hospital," he recalled.

So far, the police failed to identify the attackers .
