This is what the Minister of Labor, NunziaCatalfo, would have proposed at the table with the social partners on health and safety in the workplace. It is a question of implementing what is foreseen by the consolidated text on the matter, for a company qualification system. The points license had already been proposed by the unions. In this way, the most vigorous companies would have more points while for those affected by illness and accidents, in the event of repeated violations, penalties would be foreseen.
