1. Sausage and ham

Since 2015, the WHO has classified processed meat products such as salami or Kassler as carcinogenic - that is, carcinogenic - as the Stiftung Warentest reports. All smoked, salted and salted meat products fall into this category and increase the risk of colorectal cancer : If you eat more than 50 grams of sausage a day, you increase your risk of colorectal cancer by as much as 18 percent. 2. Red meat

3. Milk

Up to 0.8 liters of milk a day has a positive effect: This amount of milk is said to protect against colon cancer and breast cancer. But whoever drinks too much milk reverses this effect: the risk of prostate cancer in men increases if they drink more than 1.25 liters of milk a day .

4. Sugar

5. Alcohol

Oral cancer, esophagus, throat, liver, colon and breast cancer: alcohol increases the risk of these cancers enormously. It doesn't matter how much you drink - the WHO warns: " Alcohol increases the risk of cancer in any amount" .
