The CGT, Force Ouvrière, FSU, Solidaires and youth organizations are once again calling for a strike on Thursday 20 February against the pension reform. While the government reform project is currently being examined by Parliament, some organizations wish to harden the movement. This is particularly the case of the CGT, which threatened to leave the financing conference on Wednesday.
Difficult traffic on two Transilien lines
Traffic will be generally normal in transport this Thursday, with the exception, in Île-de-France, of two Transilien lines: the H (1 train out of 2) and the K (2 trains out of 3). RER D could also experience disruptions.
On the RATP side, no disruption is to be expected, as regards the circulation of metros as well as that of buses or trams.
For several weeks, the mobilization of RATP and SNCF employees has greatly decreased. While the unions had called for a "black Monday" in transport on February 17, users have noticed little disruption.

Events in Paris and in the provinces
Regarding the demonstrations, a procession will start in Paris at 1:30 p.m. It will link Montparnasse and Place d'Italie. Public transport could be disrupted on this section and metro stations could be closed.
In the regions, events are also expected mid-day in Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux or Toulouse.
During the first day of interprofessional mobilization, on December 5, 806,000 people had gathered, according to figures from the Ministry of the Interior. Since then, the processions have tended to diminish. During the ninth day of mobilization, Thursday, February 6, 121,000 people had demonstrated across France, including 15,000 in Paris.

Union organizations are now trying to keep the movement going over time. They call for " new moments of mobilization, around March 8, day of struggle for women's rights ".
