Temperature control and disinfection of the hands with a gel: these are the procedures scheduled for entering the Senate this morning. From today on, waiting for senators, staff and journalists who have access to Palazzo Madama there is an operator who, equipped with a white coat and mask, checks with a thermal scanner. The checks are carried out at the main entrance on Corso Rinascimento and at the two lateral entrances, the only ones from which it will be possible to access the Senate. At the moment there are no excessive rows even if the temperature measurement takes a few minutes to complete.
The new "protocols" for accessing Palazzo Madama were decided yesterday by the senators and, among other things, provide for the interruption of school visits.
In the meantime, in the Chamber of Deputies, Matteo Dall'Osso (ex M5s now Fi) and Maria Teresa Baldini (Fdi) participated in the Chamber of Montecitorio with the mask to examine the bill converting the decree on urgent changes to the regulation of the interceptions.
