(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 3 - The G7 takes note of the emergency coronavirus and its impact on the economy and says it is ready to cooperate and do everything possible to counter it. "Given the potential impact of Coronavirus on global growth, we reaffirm our commitment to use all the most appropriate policy tools to safeguard growth from low risk": writes the G7 of the financial ministers in the press release at the end of an extraordinary teleconference. Journalists are "ready to take measures, including budgetary measures where appropriate, to help respond to the virus by supporting the economy at this stage."
