Protocol in the City

In the City, a cabinet of experts led by the Minister of Health of the GCBA, Fernán Quirós, was activated weeks ago. And all public hospitals and CESACs were made available to neighbors.

In addition, if the neighbors have doubts they can communicate to the line 147 or make their inquiry by WhatsApp to the Chat of the City. It was the head of Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, who anticipated this information and disseminated the prevention measures.

An informative protocol was generated in educational establishments, health centers, healthy stations, hospitals and public departments of Buenos Aires, and a health care protocol in conjunction with the National Government and the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires.

It is recommended to those who have traveled to areas of sustained circulation of the virus and have respiratory symptoms and fever that they preventively contact the health system according to their location.

The first case of coronavirus was detected on December 8, 2019. Currently, the virus is spreading in different countries and causes diseases in people ranging from the simplest such as a cold or the flu to more serious as a syndrome. It has a low and concentrated mortality rate in an age group (+60) that constitutes a population at risk.
