Exor signs, PartnerRe to French Covea

(ANSA) - TURIN, MARCH 03 - Exor has signed the agreement to sell PartnerRe in Covea, a French mutual giant.
The proceeds of the operation are 9 billion dollars, with a net income for the holding of the Agnelli family of 3 billion dollars, as PartnerRe was paid four years a 6.7 billion dollars and dividends were collected during this period.
The transaction is expected to close by the fourth quarter of the year.
