The decision was made by Judge María Eugenia Capuchetti , in charge of Federal Court No. 5.
Judge Capuchetti's decision also fell on Walter Santángelo, of the Energy Group firm that provided energy drinks and bottled water, and that at first had been fugitive.
Victims From left to right: Andrés Valdéz, Francisco Bertotti, Nicolás Becerra, Bruno Boni and Martín Bazzano.
Stinfale was accused of "facilitating a place for the commercialization of narcotics, wrongful death and serious wrongful injury."
