Here's how: a) those who bought tickets online on the official website www.ticketone.it will automatically receive a refund on the credit card used for the operation; b) those who bought them in a Ticketone agency can ask for a refund at same counter where he made the purchase, returning the tickets; c) the tickets purchased at the Teatrodell'Opera ticket office must be returned at the box office counters (Piazza Beniamino Gigli) from Monday to Saturday, from 10 to 18, and on Sunday, from 9 at 13.30.
