VENICE - Minimum distance between the tables of one meter, only two evening shifts in the pizzeria sector, two corners with dispenser for disinfecting the hands, guarantee on the hygiene of the waiters, of the surfaces, of the dishes and of the kitchen staff. It is a "decalogue" specially designed by the Osteria Plip in Mestre, in collaboration with some pharmacies in Marghera, to reassure and certify customers on compliance with the protocols within the premises, already penalized as the entire catering sector in Italy and Venice in particular. "Our duty - says the text posted at the entrance and inside the restaurant - as well as serving in the best way is to comply with the current ministerial provisions at best, ensuring maximum attention to make people who still choose us feel more at ease; especially in a moment like this that requires raising the bar of attention compared to the normal daily care given to customers ". For the chef at Plip, David Marchiori "is a duty for us, in this period that we are living and that we hope is as short as possible. We understand the fears and fears of the people, and we want to ensure that we are doing everything they ask rules and decrees, and even more ".
