For several weeks pharmacies have been in short supply of protective masks. Most of them display this message on their shop window: "No more masks, no hydroalcoholic gel" to dissuade the many customers, worried about the coronavirus epidemic, from queuing for nothing. Only, the health professionals, them, seriously need to be supplied.
At the beginning of the week, the State therefore destocked 10 million masks, called "surgical", to send them to various pharmacy wholesalers, in turn responsible for delivering the pharmacies. They will be able to issue a box of 50 masks free of charge to a healthcare professional.
We followed a delivery tour operated by the OCP company of Saint-Ouen (93), Thursday afternoon in Paris.
