The Prime Minister specified that "the measures of stage 3 will be launched on the whole territory when it is necessary". "I also want to play down the transition to stage 3," he added: "this stage is simply an active circulation of the virus throughout the country."
"It is now inexorable, but our health system has the means to deal with it: when stage 3 comes, we will take the necessary measures to respond to the epidemic," he added.
