(ANSA) - SAN JOSE 'IN COSTA RICA, MARCH 7 - The Costa Rican Ministry of Health has announced the first case of coronavirus in the country: it is a 49-year-old woman who arrived at the airport in New York, where she resides, on March 1 with the husband.
The Minister of Health, Daniel Salas, specified that once the positivity to Covid-19 was confirmed, the tourist and her husband were placed in solitary confinement in a hotel room in San José, under supervision and medical assistance.
