On the occasion of commemorating International Women's Day, Ninel Conde attended the "Entrepreneur 360 °" conference, a female motivational talk in Miami, where he surprised to confess that he recently emerged from a toxic relationship.
The famous 43-year-old was honest about her current emotional state and shared her advice so that other women who are going through what she lived, can get away from situations that harm them and can hurt them both physically and psychologically.

"The toxic person is always complaining, he won't let you go, he will blame you for the things that happen badly, he will never recognize something positive in you, there will always be a tense situation around. Even, he is a manipulative person , narcissistic, is someone with whom you are not going to have positive fruits and you are not going to move forward next to that person, "the Mexican actress said calmly.
The famous woman also talked about how she realized that her past relationship had no future. "When I got sick. I had depression, I was anxious, I was depleting my health, and that's when I realized that things were not right and that I had to think about myself," said the actress.

However, despite realizing that the situation was affecting her emotionally and physically, the release of the toxic relationship she was in was not easy for her.
"Because of the fear, manipulation and guilt, the guilt of destroying a relationship and a 'family'," said the famous woman about why it was so difficult to end their relationship.

Finally, Ninel Conde wanted to give a message to all the women who feel identified with what she lived recently.

Ninel Conde finally terminated the relationship he had with his ex-partner Giovanni Medina since late 2013, with whom he had his little son Emmanuel in October 2014.
However, some time later the ex-wife lived a series of fights and reconciliations over the years, in which a legal battle for the custody of her son was involved.
