Now that everything seems to be cleared up, fans come around the corner with new theories. They suspect that Jughead's fate is still unclear . As an occasion, they take a hint from the 15th episode that suggests bad things.
"Riverdale": Does Jughead Die? The current status after the 16th episode of season 4
Since the beginning of season 4, scenes from the future have been shown in several episodes. Everyone was concerned with Jughead's impending death *, which is a victim of murder. No less than his best friends Archie (KJ Apa) and Veronica (Camila Mendes) and his partner Betty (Lili Reinhart) are said to be responsible.

Fans fear that Jughead's fate is still unsealed
Season 4 is not over yet, as three more episodes will appear in the coming weeks. Since two actors have announced their exit from the series *, one or two serial deaths could still be waiting for the audience.
And even Jughead is not completely off the hook, some fans fear due to a detail in the 15th episode: At the beginning of the episode, a lettering reveals that Jughead should die on March 18, 2020 . In real life, this date is in the future and is a Wednesday - the day that a new "Riverdale" episode usually appears in the United States. Coincidence? Users on Reddit suspect that the creators deliberately point to a later death of Jughead .
Against this theory speaks, however, that on March 18, exceptionally, no new episode of the series appears. A sequel will only take place on April 8th or April 9th in Germany. Maybe the information is just an unfortunate coincidence .
