(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 15 - Donald Trump is trying to "corrupt" the Tübingen company that is working on the vaccine against the coronavirus to have it exclusively. The Sunday edition of the German newspaper Die Welt wrote it citing sources from the Berlin government.
According to Welt Am Sonntag, the American president offered "large sums of money" to the German CureVac to be able to get the cure "only for the United States". On the other hand, the newspaper writes, the German government has also made an offer to the same company so that any vaccine is available "to Germany and Europe".
