(ANSA) - BERLIN, MARCH 17 - The number of infected people in Germany has increased by almost a quarter compared to yesterday, reaching 8,009, according to the count communicated by each Land reported by Sueddeutsche Zeitung. The dead rose to 22.
Last night the number of infected, according to the Robert Koch epidemiological institute, was still 6,012. The most affected area is still North Rhine Westphalia with 3,060 cases, followed by Bavaria with 1,352.
