A representative for the Oscar-winning actor confirmed Tuesday that the couple were discharged from the hospital and Hanks himself updated his status by saying he was doing housework and being beaten up by his wife in card games while they remain in quarantine.

Preparing food and doing the dishes leads to a nap on the couch. Bad news: My wife has beaten me in six straight Gin Rummy games and now has a 201 point lead, ”he posted on social media Tuesday night.
