Anthony Hopkins has decided to distance himself from society as a precaution against coronavirus and spends time playing the piano for his cat. "Niblo makes sure I'm healthy and in return asks to be entertained," wrote the 82-year-old Oscar-winning actor on Instagram. He also posted a video in which he plays while his cat acts as a spectator. Given his age, Hopkins is among the most exposed to infection. His wife Stella has assured that he is well and that he enjoys playing, painting and reading.
A few years ago the actor said he wanted to be a music composer as a boy. "I became an actor by default - he said in 2012 - I had a scholarship for a college of music and theater when I hoped instead to get one in music".
