(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 21 - The public prosecutor's office in Rome appealed against the sentencing sentence of the Assize Court of Rome. No extenuating circumstances should be recognized to Raffaele D'Alessandro, Alessio Di Bennardo and, above all, to Roberto Mandolini. Loriferisce Ilaria Cucchi, sister of Stefano Cucchi, regarding the sentence of the Court of Assizes of Rome which sentenced the carabinieri Di Bernardo and D'Alessandro to 12 years of imprisonment for pre-intentional murder and to 3 years and 8 months the marshal Roberto Mandolini for having contributed to tampering with service relationships to protect its subordinates.
The sentence of the Assize Court of Rome arrived in November 2019, ten years after that October 2009, when the 33-year-old was arrested in Rome for drugs and was returned to his family a week later.
