Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has signed the Dpcm which sets out new restrictive measures for the coronavirus emergency.

"Companies whose activities are suspended as a result of this decree complete the activities necessary for suspension by March 25, 2020, including the shipment of goods in storage". It is what is read in the Dpcm that provides for new restrictive measures. The activities which, with the provision, are suspended, "can in any case continue if organized in remote mode or agile work", reads the text.

The validity of the Dpcm and the ordinances issued so far is standardized on April 3. "The provisions of the decree take effect from the date of 23/3/20 and are effective until 3/4/20. The same apply, cumulatively to those referred to in the Prime Minister's decree 11/3/20 as well as to those provided for by the Minister of Health ordinance of 3/20/20, whose terms of effectiveness, already set for March 25, 2020, are both extended to April 3, 2020 ", reads the text.

The list of activities that will continue to remain open after the new squeeze to contain the Coronavirus epidemic is 80 items. The annex to the Dpcm specifies that activities related to families, from domestic workers and caregivers living with concierges to condominiums, will continue to be permitted. The entire food supply chain for beverages and food, that of medical and health devices and pharmaceuticals and, among the services, those of call centers will remain in operation. The list may be updated by Mise decree after hearing the MEF
