The president of the FIGC Gabriele Gravina told ANSA, answering the question on what he thought of what was declared by the president of the CONI Giovanni Malagò, who had underlined how the world of sport, with the exception of that of the ball, is orienting itself towards the definitive stop to the championships already interrupted for the Covid-19 emergency.
"The consequences of an anticipated closure of the business are there for all to see - added Gravina - It would cause considerable social damage, even before economic damage, because we would risk paralysis due to the appeals of those who felt they were injured of their rights We want to conclude what we started with respect for the health of all the protagonists; for this reason we are working with the Government and with our Medical Commission to draw up all the necessary protocols so that it can be done in complete safety ".
What is the interlocution with the government? Previously, Malagò had also talked about the scenarios related to the possible resumption of the championship.
