(ANSA) - LONDON, APRIL 10 - Boris Johnson "continues his recovery" towards recovery from coronavirus at St ThomasHospital in London after being transferred back from intensive care to an ordinary ward yesterday evening. A spokesman for Downing Street reported this by updating reporters today on the British Prime Minister's health and stating that he is now "in a good mood". The spokesman said that the prime minister is "enormously grateful" to the doctors and nurses who are treating him and has given ample hints to the resuscitation staff while he was being moved.
When asked if Johnson had contacted his government staff, the source ruled out, saying he was unaware of it; while on the times of hospitalization he remained cautious. "It is early to say" when he can be discharged, he said, "decisions like these will be made on the advice of his medical team, who gave him excellent care."
