After performing from Torrazzo, she once again enchanted Cremona - the city of Stradivari and the capital of violin making - with her violin from the roof of the Maggiore hospital, a symbol of the fight against the Coronavirus that Cremona has been supporting strenuously for weeks: at 6pm, the sound it is widespread throughout the hospital district thanks to Lena Yokoyama, violinist of the Violin Museum, who played in homage to the medical staff, patients and volunteers of Samaritan's Purse who manage the field hospital.
The objective of the second performance of the violinist, in addition to the memory of the victims, is to raise awareness by relaunching the fundraiser in favor of "United for the province of Cremona", an association that has the objective of financially supporting the hospitals of Cremona, Crema and Casalmaggiore.
