The protocol containing all the provisions for the safe resumption of football team training, studied by the Football Federation's scientific commission with the help of sector experts, was sent in the early afternoon by the federal president, Gabriele Gravina, to the ministers of the Sport and Health, Vincenzo Spadafora and Roberto Speranza. The document, the result of the working group chaired by prof. Paolo Zeppilli, will now be evaluated by the two ministries. At the moment the resumption of training is scheduled for May 4th. The guidelines drawn up by the health guarantee protocol provide that the teams will be able to return to work but with strict safety criteria: the players will be constantly monitored and contacts with the outside world will have to be effectively eliminated. Some teams will resolve the isolation issue in their sports center, while others will need to rely on a sanitized external facility.
