(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 20 - The association Ecological transition solidarity, chaired by Andrea Orlando, supports the fundraiser 'Together to stop Covid coordinated by the Italian Wellness Directorate booth of the Prime Minister. The campaign, promoted by Unicef Italia, Anci - National Association of Italian Municipalities and ASI - Automotoclub Storico Italiano, in collaboration with the Civil Protection, has today raised over one and a half million euros, funds earmarked for the purchase of basic medical supplies. The director of the Association for Ecological Solidarity Transition (Tes), Michele Fina, says he is "particularly proud to put on the field also the effort of our organization to contribute to the best success of this initiative". "Everyone - says Fina - in this moment of emergency, we have the duty to do everything possible to face it and work for the start. It is inevitable that coping with the emergency means at the same time starting to reflect on the ways and the possibility of affirming a new model of coexistence and development, more marked by sustainability and equity ".
