In the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, there were neighbors who went out to sunbathe, swim, bike and even play tennis.

Prohibition, isolation, reduction, are very effective words in this coronavirus quarantine. Words that allude to a society that today must respect the obligatory social isolation decreed by the National Government. Clear. But for a sector of the "great Argentine people, health"  is like a center in the heart of the area for you to stop on your chest ... and do whatever you want. "The transgression is at the time of day and there is a certain sector that does what is sung to it," says APSA psychiatrist Liliana Moneta without euphemisms.

The leitmotiv that whispers that we Argentines have a bad reputation in the world when it comes to complying with the rules, or the hackneyed and irritating creole liveliness returned in all their splendor to warn of the number of situations, many absurd, other exotic and even obscene, in which the quarantine was violated.

"It happens that the Argentinean, especially the young segment,  has a high component of narcissism and a sense of power that leads him to do what he wants without limits, " says Moneta, also a child and adolescent psychoanalyst.

More than a month after the quarantine was installed, which undoubtedly alters the mood and deepens other disorders such as anguishes, fears and anxieties, there were more than twelve thousand detainees, delayed and notified in the city of Buenos Aires. Nor imagine that number at the national level. But the situations of incomprehensible rebellion come from different latitudes.

The moment they arrest Pandolfi in Río Cuarto for circumventing the quarantine and uploading images to social networks.

Like the recent fact ofyoung man who, in a neoprene suit,  went into the sea of a Comodoro Rivadavia beach "because he was bored and tired of being locked up" , so he decided to go swimming. In this wayHe was notified by the people of the Prefecture and the corresponding cause was initiated for those who do not respect the decisions made by the national government.

Or like the vignette -almost comical- that happened days ago in Dolores, Buenos Aires province, when the brother of a judge and his son violated the quarantine to go play tennis . This is a prestigious lawyer who was filmed when he was leaving a club he entered jumping a wall, to be able to practice the sport with his son. A neighbor of the place denounced him and the man and his son were charged and the Justice asked to seize its assets for 700 thousand pesos .

Or that case that happened on April 12 in Río Cuarto (Córdoba), when a 49-year-old cyclist was filming boasting of not having complied with the mandatory quarantine and being happy about it. "Returning to the empire after a spectacular day of riding a bike. We did Chucul - Río Cuarto. Spectacular day and conditions. I had to dodge some controls at the exit of Río Cuarto", said Chest who would be identified as Cristian Pandolfi. Within a few hours, he was arrested and the police seized his bicycle and his cell phone.

Why show and disclose how a norm is violated? What is it trying to demonstrate? "It has to do with manic triumph, which is when someone manages to defeat authority and brags about it, without recognizing the figure of order and much less the possibility of accepting limits, starting with those of the parents. That limit is always a castration , puts an end to certain actions and in general that type of personality does not accept limitations ", analyzes Juan Pineta, coordinator of the APA Department of Psychoanalysis and Society.

Without pointing to any special case that became public, Pineta understands that "when these people manage to triumph over authority and break the community agreement, it also carries a great feeling of guilt and then they make themselves punished, there is a search for punishment unconscious ... defeated the father, comes the punishment ", illustrates the specialist, who highlights" a great rejection of reality on the part of this type of transgressor ".

The young woman was recorded in the trunk of a taxi to escape the controls.

How not to remember one of the most resonant pioladas of this period of confinement in which a young woman got into the trunk of a taxi, who circumvented the controls, crossed Puente Pueyrredón and reached her destination. "Cristian, look what I do for you." Under the pseudonym Nadine, the young woman was filmed and posted on Instagram, generating unanimous outrage on social media. She was identified, the police went to look for her, a criminal case was not opened, but a summary for resistance to authority . If she violates quarantine again, she will be arrested.

"What we frequently see in these cases is the exaggerated use of a defense mechanism such as the denial of possible self-harm and of which we can inflict others . The little recognition of the other as similar leads to ignorance of it. It is usually seen along with other features omnipotence and can be dangerous individually and socially. This 'I can do everything' thing.  Laws and institutions were created to protect us from those destructive impulses. That is why laws need to be enforced and that is the role of the state, "says Abel. Fainstein, psychoanalyst, former president of Fepal and Konex Prize.

"I went out to inflate the balls ten minutes. There were some crows (fans from San Lorenzo) here the other day and I wanted to screw them up," was the unusual response - two weeks ago - from a guy who had a backpack, a bottle of beer and spray painted the hurricane shield on a wall. When stopped by City Police personnel, the man paid another extemporaneous phrase: " I did this stupidity because the people of Hurricane are even prettier."

Why is quarantine not respected and in certain social sectors not only is it violated, but also the offenders boast about how they violated it?

Internationally recognized for being a writer, thinker and underground worker, Kike Ferrari emphasizes the social sector and the will to carry out a transgression. "In the highest stratum there is a permanent sense of privilege that even at this time does not leave them . That segment does not accept that quarantine is for everyone, including them."

In that sense, evokes Ferrari, there is a scene in "La Peste", by Camus, "where in a passage a manager of a luxury hotel complains about the appearance of rats, to which Dr. Rieux replies that 'rat there is everywhere ', and the manager returns'Of course, the problem is that, now we are like everyone else.' Something like this happens in privileged sectors, which are different from the rest . "

Sofía Oyuela went out to sunbathe with her deck chair, in Palermo. The City Police later managed several unsuccessful attempts to get her to return to her apartment. (Fernando de la Orden)

Among the rebellions that crown this anthology saga, it is worth leaving for dessert Doña Sara Oyuela, the lady who lives in Avenida del Libertador y Oro, who went down with her deck chair to "sunbathe two hours a day, as I do every days of my life because I need air and sun. " The scene, which would have been judged to be exaggerated if it were represented by Capusotto, is out of control when four police officers, between helpless and resigned, surround Sara, who almost offended them, blurts out: "You can wait awhile, until 3.20, which will be two o'clock hours . "

For the author and thinker Sylvia Iparaguirre "there is an omnipotence typical of the Argentine that derives in the classic 'it will not happen to me', a product, perhaps, of being in the last corner of the world ... There is a culture if It is folkloric that "it will not come here." But that does not mean that there is much irresponsibility, there are many people in Argentina who do not measure the consequences of their acts, often suicidal. "

Pride, omnipotence, irresponsibility and stupidity. All these terms sound to define the rebellions of the Argentines in times of quarantine. Even the City Police itself is surprised at the number of detainees as of this Wednesday: 862 . "A high number for what is being lived". But the most delicate thing, trust those consulted, is that "these people who transgress in that way are not rebellious, but thoughtless and dangerous ."
