(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 24 - The drop in coronavirus patients in Italy continues for the fifth consecutive day. 106,527 are currently positive, 321 less than yesterday. The data was provided by the Civil Protection. The downward trend in ICU admissions also continues: to date, 2,173.94 fewer than yesterday. Of these, 756 are in Lombardy, 34 less than yesterday. Of the 106,527 patients overall, 22,068 are hospitalized with symptoms, 803 fewer than yesterday and 82,286 are those in home isolation.
Over 60,000 people were healed in Italy: 60,498, an increase compared to yesterday of 2,992. The increase yesterday was 3,033. Unfortunately, the number of victims rose to 25,969, an increase of 420 in one day. Yesterday the increase had been 464.
