The so-called “nebulization” process is tested by Air France to disinfect part of its planes before the return of travelers on May 11. According to Lionel Chala, head of operations for the disinfection company UUDS, this practice of "nebulization" allows "the product to remain active for 10 days" in the devices.
Through the voice of Catherine Villar, director of customer experience at Air France, the company ensures that it does its utmost to guarantee passenger safety: “We have removed everything that is cause for concern for customers. Like newspapers, the magazine of the company or the sale on board of duty free products. In flights, everything is served on the same platter, aperitif and dish to limit interactions ”.
