(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 12 - The Antitrust Authority has launched an investigation into the public exchange offer launched by Intesa on Ubi Banc to verify the effects on competition of the operation that could lead the country's first bank to acquire the fourth institute. On behalf of the authority, it is learned from sources close to the dossier, the Guardia di Finanza went today late in the Intesa, Ubi and Mediobanca offices, adviser of Intesa, to acquire documents and information.
