Biscuit cream cheese cherry cake - for fans of summer recipes

Your mouth is watering: this cake doesn't have to be baked, but is simply layered on top of each other with light ingredients. And that's how it works.

ingredients for

  • 400 g whole grain or spelled biscuits
  • 100 g fresh cherries
  • 200 g morello cherries
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Preparation of the

  • Crumble the biscuits into small pieces and use them to line the bottom of the baking dish.
