The boss of the presidential party offers various measures, without detailing them, such as the creation of an “R booklet”, access to the RSA for those under 25 or exemption from charges for the signing of a first permanent contract.

The boss of La République en Marche Stanislas Guerini presents his ideas for emerging from the crisis. In an interview with Le Monde , on Wednesday, he first proposed the creation of a " deconfinement check " intended for " the most precarious families " and the establishment of a " hiring bonus " young people. " To support those who need it most, I suggest that we create a" deconfinement check ", usable in France, for a limited period ", in order to " leave no one by the wayside ", recommends the delegate General of LREM, without specifying the details.

Believing that the coronavirus health crisis " has exacerbated fractures " in society, Stanislas Guerini puts on the table a number of social measures, advocating for " public investment in key areas, such as education, culture, environment and health ”. But in the immediate future " everything must be done to protect jobs ", he argues, emphasizing the case of young people. " To avoid having a sacrificed generation, a hiring bonus for them is necessary, as well as the opening of the RSA (active solidarity income) for those under 25 ," he advocates.

" At the same time, to promote sustainable employment for all employees, I plead for an exemption from charges for the signing of the very first permanent contract, whatever the salary, " he adds.

Concerning companies, Stanislas Guerini also pleads for a generalization of profit-sharing and for the creation of a " booklet R, like reconstruction, to encourage the French to redirect their savings towards our small companies ". A proposal a priori similar to that which had presented a few weeks ago the deputy LR Éric Woerth.

Finally, beyond a direct increase in the salaries of " carers ", " teachers " and " researchers ", elevated to the rank of " priority ", the member for Paris urges for better " recognition " of these " trades essential "," for example by giving them priority access to social housing or crèche ". At the same time, La République en Marche said on Wednesday in a press release that it wanted to make " gender equality issues " the " great cause of reconstruction ". The presidential party will therefore submit proposals in this sense, around " parity, the place of women in decision-making processes, the revalorization of feminized occupations, the fight against conjugal violence and sexual violence ".
