The aviation solution? We got first and exclusive access to the corona test in question with less than a minute result • View our review
Last week, we posted in Israel today about development with promising potential - a corona test with less than a minute, open by Professor Gabi Sarossi of Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva. In recent months, we have heard of quite a few breakthrough reports and decided to compile to Be'er Sheva and test the subject ourselves - we conducted the test in front of the camera.

As you can see in the video, the test is done with a brief exhale and without the need for an unpleasant test using a pencil. Immediately after exhalation, the chip within the exhalation is tested and results arrive in less than a minute. "We are totally focused on the aviation industry. Our big potential customer is airports around the world and we hope and believe that we will be able to produce the test in quantities soon," Professor Seroussi explained.
Currently, it is undergoing all stages of testing and is currently awaiting approval by the Israeli Ministry of Health and the US FDA. Professor Gabi Seroussi makes it clear that, "the test results are about 90% against the tests, which are also not 100 percent accurate." This means that the gap may even work in favor of the new test and there is a possibility that it is even more accurate than the test of the intrusions.
"During the study, one of the subjects conducted a corona test using the vials and was found to be negative for the corona. Immediately, he conducted our new and rapid test and it was positive. The next day he performed another test using the vials and found positive - which means our test detected a corona patient who did not test the vials. His age, ”adds Professor Seroussi.
The cost of the test is expected to be significantly lower than the tests available today and such inhalers are expected to cost about $ 50. Fairies can be exchanged between subjects and also used mouths should undergo disinfectant and other uses. The test system will cost several thousand dollars and in this case it is a one-time investment, Ben Gurion University explains.
