(ANSA) ROME, JUNE 8 - On the last day of school with distance learning in most of the Italian regions, the unions of the schools have called for a strike by the entire staff. Flash mobs, events and initiatives are planned all over Italy, from 11 to 13 also in front of the Ministry of Education in Rome. Cgil, Cisl, Uil, Snals and Gilda complain that proclamations are made on the centrality of education which then - they argue - are not followed by adequate funding, the lack of stabilization of precarious workers "who for years have contributed fundamentally to the functioning of the Italian school", ' chicken coop classes intended, they say, to remain so even when school starts again in September. The workers who will participate in the principals - as stated in all the posters - must arrive equipped with masks and keep the distance foreseen by the rules.
