"The Trump government is determined to put an end to the program that protects dreamers - the children of immigrants who illegally entered the US - in the next six months." Chad Wolf, homeland security secretary, told NBC a few days after the Supreme Court rejected an administration's action in this regard.
But for Wolf the Court "at no point in his decision did he say the program is legal. He simply said that he didn't like the motivation and procedures we used."
