A few hours after the forensic doctor determined the cause of death of the actress Naya Rivera , the family of the artist who became famous for her participation in the series "Glee" decided to demonstrate through a statement.
In the letter, the loved ones of the celebrity who lost his life at the age of 33 are grateful to his millions of fans and to the authorities, who searched hard for the body in recent days.
"We are very grateful for the flow of love and prayers for Naya, Josey and our family over the past week," the statement begins.
"As we mourn the loss of our beautiful legend, we are blessed to honor her eternal legacy and her magnetic spirit. Naya had incredible talent, but she was also a great person, mother, daughter and sister," the document added.

"We express infinite gratitude and ovation to the heroin who found her. Thanks to her friends, colleagues and followers for her continued support," they added.
"Heaven obtained our daring angel," they concluded, asking that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.
It should be noted that this statement, with which the family of Naya Rivera breaks the silence, was shared by Gladys González , representative of the actress.
On Monday morning the body of the artist was found, in an area of Lake Piru, in Californa, where she went for a walk days before with her son Josey.

Later, the authorities confirmed that Naya had died trying to save her son, who was found in the boat they rented on July 8.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Office said in a press release that Naya drowned, and that her death was an accident.
"The autopsy findings are consistent with drowning and the condition of the body is consistent with the time it was submerged," it can be read in the official document that was released on social networks.
"No traumatic injury or disease processes were identified at autopsy. There is no indication in the investigation that drugs or alcohol have played a role in his death, although a toxicological examination will still be conducted," the forensic report added.

Naya rose to fame for her role as Santana López in the hit series "Glee" (2009-2015). He also participated in the television show "Devious Maids" and in the horror movie "At the Devil's Door", in 2014.
After the discovery of the body was revealed, all his companions in the series paid him a beautiful tribute, and they approached the lake to support his family in these difficult times.
Actress and singer Amber Riley said Rivera was her favorite partner and duet. "I love you. I miss you. I have no words at the moment, only many feelings. Rest in peace," he wrote, along with an emotional video in which Naya and her son Josey are seen singing.
