Coronavirus: India, Bollywood star hospitalized with family

(ANSA) - ROME, JULY 18 - Bollywood star and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was rushed to hospital in Mumbai because she suffered from coronavirus pneumonia together with her eight year old daughter, a week after publicly declaring she was positive at Covid -19.
    In the same Nanavati Hospital, her husband Abhishek Bachchan, also an actor in the Indian cinema, and the father-in-law, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, 77, are already hospitalized with pneumonia, both in isolation and intensive care.
    Aishwarya Rai, the Times of India writes, has been hospitalized for "severe breathing difficulties". "They are doing well," says a hospital source quoted by the Indian newspaper itself.
