Located on the sidewalks of the most beautiful avenue in the world, these little corners of greenery should allow residents to come to terms with the Champs-Elysées.
"We must bring back the Parisians, the tourists not being there because of the health crisis, they must come back and give new life to this avenue", explains Jeanne d'Hauteserre, mayor of the VIIIth arrondissement of Paris.
