(ANSA) - NEW YORK, JULY 23 - Clint Eastwood leaves the world of cinema to go into the business of Cbd (cannadibiol) products. But in reality it is a fake news to the point that the actor, 90 years old, has decided to sue companies that use his name to promote these products.
According to what the New York Post writes, the Hollywood legend asks for millionaires compensation for false online interviews in which he says that the sale of CBD products is something bigger than Hollywood. "It was really a difficult decision for me," says Eastwood in the false interview in which he explains his decision to leave the cinema.
"Mr. Eastwood has no connection whatsoever to any Cbd product," reads an official statement.
Over ten companies are involved in the legal action.
