All sentenced to trial for the murder of Serena Mollicone . The gup of Cassino Domenico Di Croce has in fact ordered the indictment of the marshal of the carabinieri Franco Mottola, his wife Anna Maria, his son Marco, the marshal Vincenzo Quatrale and the accused Francesco Suprano. The first hearing is set for January 11. Serena Mollicone was found dead in a grove near Arce in June 2001.
Mottola, his wife Annamaria and their son Marco are accused of murder competition . Same accusation for Vincenzo Quatrale who must also respond to instigation to the suicide of Brigadier Santino Tuzi. Francesco Suprano is accused of aiding and abetting. The indictment for the five suspects had been requested on 30 July 2019 by the Cassino prosecutor.
